West of the freeway. North of the office. The courthouse is still in Farmington.
Woods Cross sits on the valley floor at the south end of Davis County. North Salt Lake is the city on your south line. Bountiful is east, across I-15. West Bountiful is north. If a house has to go through probate, the file isn’t opened here. It opens at the Second District Court in Farmington.

A house west of the tracks, toward the refinery and the Legacy Parkway, is a different file than a place on the east side of town, closer to Bountiful. One faces the wetlands. The other has the freeway as the back fence. I don’t write them the same way.

People mix Woods Cross up with Bountiful because the errands pull east. Bountiful is the older city on the bench side of I-15. Woods Cross is the smaller city on the valley floor, and FrontRunner stops here on 800 West. Same Farmington courthouse. The map is not the same.
North Salt Lake is where I sit, and it’s the city people misfile as Salt Lake County. Woods Cross is already clearly in Davis County. You don’t need a lecture on the county line. You need the deed and the plan to match the house you actually live in. The fee is flat. I’m licensed in Utah, Arizona, and Texas only.

Local context
Assets acquired during marriage are divided fairly, not automatically equally. Titling and trust funding matter more here than people expect. Arizona and Texas are different — if you own property there too, the plan has to account for it.
Second District Court, 800 West State Street, Farmington. Woods Cross doesn’t have its own probate court. West Bountiful is a different city, same county, same court. A funded trust skips that file.
